Since I have the City Street scene, which depicts a nice part of a city, it would also benefit having a scene where the party could find some scum and villainy. This also ties in really well with something like my Seedy Tavern scene, so I like having scenes that can be easily be used back to back and can really push the immersion of the world to the players.
