I find it a little difficult to decide when painting something as general as a river, what kind of river I want to visualize. I wanted to at least make it a foggy setting, and tried to keep the environment kind of vague too. I think I could definitely do other river locations down the line, because I think it’s a pretty good wilderness location to have in different geographies.
