The original idea was a mix between a night market and Bilbo’s birthday party in Fellowship of the ring. I’ve seen the adventure hook before, where the party is attending a night time festival that includes fireworks, and when they start, the festival is raided by a group of goblins. But, there are lots of cool adventure hooks that you could use a day or night market for, so I think it’s a pretty useable location.
