Nestled among the snowy peaks of Kaldrfjell sleeps the temple that takes the mountains name. It may once have had a title of it’s own, but if so it is long forgotten. For centuries it had been a place of pilgrimage and sanctuary for many, home to an entire monastic school, but know it is occupied by a lone monk, Elder Maxim. The entire lower section of the temple has been barred shut, due to both neglect and lack of use, and the slow incursion of beasts and monsters from below.
