This location has been floating around in my head to paint for, well, probably years. I think that the healing abilities that it provides Strahd are so cool, and add a huge piece of narrative flavour. I know my players were shocked when the first time they attacked him in Vallaki, he was torn open by a massive critical hit, but only momentarily seemed wounded as his flesh quickly stitched itself back together. Then discovering the existence of the Heart of Sorrow really gave them hope in beating him.
